This hunting lease is less than a 1/4 mile from the Ohio River, down a one lane gravel road and across a private bridge. You just don't find them much more secluded than this. Property is 99% cover that will really hold deer throughout all seasons and give them the security they need to use a property all day long. This whole South East corner of Indiana has always been the best area of Indiana to hunt and will continue to be that way for a long time.

Nice cedar thickets across the upper hills will be great bedding early and late season. Plenty of oaks spread throughout and good browse on upper hills and lower valleys. A nice creek runs along the entire Western Border and couple small ponds in the upper hills will provide a great water source. Landowners live close by and are going to be great to work with. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only.
