If you're looking for a property close to the Twin Cities with a pile of deer on it this property might be the ticket. While walking this property I lost count of the big rubs I found from last fall. This farm should hold lots of deer all year long. The timber is thick and mainly consists of Oaks. There are edges and funnels all over this piece so finding great stand locations will be a breeze. The bean field on the south end of this farm was being smashed by the deer. I haven't seen beans grazed this hard by deer in a long time. Turkey hunting in the spring should be great as well. This lease has great access from three driveways on the East road. There's one driveway to the north, middle and south end. This will be perfect for the prevailing NW winds in the fall.
