I see this as being a good late season farm to catch one of those elusive whitetail bucks out cruising the countryside in search of some hot does.

Located on the edge of the Kansas Flint Hills, this 80-acre tract is located in a sparsely populated area of the county. There are no houses for several miles to the west and south. The creek that runs through the SW corner of the property leads to and from some remote and rough country, and should be used as a travel corridor for any deer in the surrounding areas. The woodlot in the SW corner is full of walnut trees and other mixed hardwoods. This will be a short hike from where you hide your pickup behind the oil pump on the south side. The road along the west side of the property is a minimum maintenance road. The oil lease roads and cattle guards at the gates will make access into the property fairly easy.

Cattle will be on the property part of the year. The south part of the property is brome grass, while the north part is native grass. There are a couple of ponds on the north side that the owner mentioned he has seen deer around.
