This hunting lease is leased and not available. Even though the aerial photos don't look like much, I believe this is a sleeper for a big buck. The entire farm is enrolled in CRP. It's bordered by tree lines, and has a nice tree planting on the eastern part of the farm. These planted trees are hard to see in the aerial photos but they're thick. The property has a creek on the north and NW sides. This should be a natural runway for the deer during the rut, and gun season. The NE corner has a nice pond with trees around it.

There are a few great bow stand locations, and a tripod would be lethal for gun season. This property has thousands of acres of corn around it and the deer should pile in to this farm as everything is harvested. Even in August while I was viewing the property I was finding fresh beds all over. I found rubs everywhere I walked.
