This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is another great Eastern, KY property sitting only miles from Grayson, KY, I-64 and Yatesville Lake. The property is located at the very end of a secluded county road that is easily accessible by any vehicle including a car. All 170 acres of the property are forested, except for a small acre or two where a rustic cabin sits. The timber on the property consists of mature hardwoods, running along several ridges and drainages. I spotted a flock of turkeys while driving down the county road to the property's entrance and spotted several deer while walking an old ATV trail behind the cabin. This farm will hunt large and hunters should have plenty of area to work with. Unlike other far Eastern, KY properties the terrain is more rolling than it is steep and mountainous.
