This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is another fine property that is located within 15 minutes from Maysville, KY on the Bracken and Mason County Line. This is a working farm that includes a variety of crops such as alfalfa hay, tobacco, hemp and cool season pasture as of 2019. Most of the timber and cover is located along the drainages and slopes of the ridge lines. The majority of the deer sign that I spotted existed along the edges of the fields, but the landowner has told me that they are no stranger to coming out onto the tops of the fields to feed or for travel. The landowner also lives on the property and keeps a close eye on things, making sure no one is on there that isn't supposed to be. Hunters will be able to access the property with little trouble and inconvenience. ATV use and Camping are allowed on the property when doing so for hunting related purposes. The landowner does ask that individuals respect his farming operation and does not ride through his fields (if damage could occur) or interfere with the workers.
