This hunting lease is leased and not available. If you are looking for a farm that has a lot of diversity and everything a deer needs, look no further! This farm has 2 streams and a small pond giving an abundance of water. The fields to the east of the property are hay fields and the west do have cattle in then. Cattle are rotated and never have cattle in all the fields at once. The fence lines, streams, and wood draws will provide excellent travel zones especially during the rut. The property has mature hardwoods and planted pine areas providing bedding and feeding grounds on the property. Several oaks along the fence lines should be a good draw when mast begins to fall. I saw good trails leading out into the hay fields and crossing the roadways in the timber. The property has 2 access points, one from the east, the other from the west. Making it perfect for any wind situation.

Sunday hunting is allowed.

NO hunting with dogs is allowed.

ATV use for hunting purposes only.
