The property consists of a 19 acre row crop field (corn 2019) and 15 acres of woods, swamp and brush. I saw deer tracks along the edge of the field and woods. The swamp looks like it should hold ducks as an added bonus. The swale grass along the edge of the swamp showed good deer activity. This should be a nice spot to set up a couple stands and possibly see a nice swamp buck! Less than a 5 minute walk to edge of woods from the east side. The landowner will allow posting. ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only. No room for a camper however there is lodging available less than 10 minutes away.
