This hunting lease is leased and not available. 50ac located in Cass county Texas. This piece of property is behind locked gates way off in the thickest timber and draws you could want. You will need an ATV or UTV to access this property. The culvert at the creek crossing has washed out making it impassable with a truck at this time. If you have access to a tractor and want to repair the landowner is ok with that. The reason he hasn't fixed the washout is because he hasn't been there in over a year. Since it is behind locked gates you shouldn't have to worry about stuff as I found his old feeders and there is a ton of stuff next to cabin. There is power running back to cabin and if you wanted to use it that would be up to you to turn on. The cabin I did not go into but he said it could be used. The main road coming in has a few pull out spots where you can park and unload ATV/UTV to inspect. I saw a group of pigs down at the creek and saw some old rubs. It was middle of day so I didn't see any deer plus I was on ATV. The power line will make a great food plot and stand location. Tons of bow spots all over the place. Mix of hard woods and pine growth make for some great bedding and feeding spots. This could be a jam up spot with some work. You drive through other properties to get to this one and they have old stands and feeders down the lanes you pass, so I know there are some good deer in there. Cass County has a large population of deer in this county so killing shouldn't be a problem.
