This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 200 acre lease is a part of a 388 acre continuous farm. This farm has a good mix of fields and woodlots. The wood lots are mature hardwoods with many oaks. Two streams are present on the property providing plenty of water sources. During my inspection I found loads of sign of both deer and turkey. The trails were just worn out all over the property. I found lots of droppings along the oak ridge's where the deer were feeding on the falling mast. I jumped a good 10 deer while walking along the creek lines. I also found sign of turkeys on this property, dusting areas and scratching was in a couple different areas.

Camping and ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only.

Sunday hunting is allowed.

Property is less than 15 minutes from Blacksburg VA.
