This hunting lease is leased and not available. What an opportunity these two farms offer. They are only 1.2 miles apart, giving you the ability to move from one farm to the other without putting too much pressure on either one. When looking at the photos, I've labeled the pictures, so you know which ones are from what farm. The north farm is 58 acres and the southeast farm is 13 acres. The 58 acre farm is made up of timber, CRP, and row crops. Whereas, the 13 acre farm is solid timber, but is bordered by row crops on the south and west sides. Both of these properties had an abundance of deer sign, as you will see in the photos. I was very impressed with the amount of deer sign I found on the 13 acres. There were deer trails scattered throughout and plenty of places to hang a stand. The 58 acre farm, is where I jumped up 4 deer, along the edge of the CRP and I saw around 6 turkeys. Not only does the 58 acres have row crops, but has some oaks that were already dropping acorns. I was very impressed with both farms and really like the opportunities these two tracts provide!
