This hunting lease is leased and not available. THE LINN 40'S

This lease is two separate forty acres tracts, located just a quarter mile apart. Both look like INCREDIBLE little honey holes, especially for those of you that know the quality of deer in this area.

The west 40 is an OVERGROWN pasture, situated between woodlots on the east and west and crops to the north. The north end is where you will be concentrating most of your hunting efforts. The last time the farmer had cattle on the property he said the cattle were too scared to go up the north end, so who knows what you might find up there... The trees, vegetation and gently rolling terrain creates the kind of habitat you would expect to find some deer hanging out in. This area was burned last year, which has caused the vegetation to grow back even better. THE GRASS AND WEEDS ARE WAIST TO CHEST HIGH ON MOST OF THE PART!!! Cattle will be on this tract part of the year, but the farmer says he will work with you on the dates.

The east 40 is hay ground with some thick, overgrown waterways and a pond. During my visit to the property I kicked up several deer out of the thick brush. No cattle will be on this part of the property.
