This hunting lease is leased and not available. THE ENGLISH 80

This should make somebody a really nice little hunting spot. Good deer sign was present the day of inspection, including several fresh rubs.

Part of the creek has deeper banks than I had anticipated, and there is a crossing on the west end to get to the north side. The owner said he could leave some hay bales on the property for you to use for extra cover.

The majority of the property is in crops, but there is a little bit of hay ground in the SW corner, including a grassy driveway into the property. The waterways on the north side also get mowed for hay.

The road along the south side of the property is a minimum maintenance road, so please keep this in mind.
