This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a really nice 46 acre farm located in Carroll County Virginia. The property has about 10 acres of old fields and the remaining acreage is a mixture of mature timber with several white and red oaks. A small stream is located in the center of the property to provide water for the wildlife. During my inspection I found several oaks that were dropping mast. I found good trails leading through the timber and into the old fields. I also jumped a group of does feeding on one of the ridges.

Camping and ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only.

Sunday hunting is allowed.
