This property is located in WMU (9H) and is about 27 miles from Buffalo, New York. This is a working farm. There are 30 acres of permanent pasture, 52 acres of woods and the rest is crops. I jumped deer 2 different times on my inspection. The landowner reports seeing deer and turkey every morning and evening in the crop fields on both sides of the road. Along the woods and field edges there are scattered apple trees. The woods has a major ravine running kitty corner from the NW to the SE. There is some nice bottom spots along the small stream that runs in this ravine. There is a gas line that cuts through the property near the back of the woods. There are several logging trails that have been cleaned up that you can use. Posting of the property is allowed. ATV use and Camping are allowed for hunting purposes only. Please stay on edge of crop fields and close any gates you might open.
