Lots of deer sign was noted on this property so don't let the aerial fool you. Full of great sign if you don't believe me then see for yourself. Deer are moving in every direction across this piece. The property is in a crop rotation. Very nice woods along the edges and on the south end it gets even better. Rolling farmland on this lease but still easy to walk. Ground blinds would also work well here in my opinion. Great lease for a great price so here you go. Pond near the front of the lease for a water source.
