This hunting lease is leased and not available. 80 acre all legal game hunting lease in Polk County. Very diverse property with oak timbered ridges rolling down into lower ground that is very dense with various types of vegetation and trees. I found several smaller open pockets that have potential for food plots scattered in various places throughout the property. Deer trails were very prevalent and I did not see evidence that the property has been hunted much in the past. Landowner lives out of state and rarely comes to the property, so it should feel like whoever leases the property will have it basically to themselves. There is one access point for vehicle or ATV which does lead into the property and into a smaller open area 200-300 yards in which could be ideal spot to locate your base camp.

All legal game is yours to hunt. Camping for hunting related activities is okay. ATV use for hunting related activities is also okay. Food plots are also allowed. Lease ends July 1st each year.
