It is a perfect mix of pasture and timber. During my inspection there was deer sign everywhere. Logan County has a reputation for putting out some very impressive racks and this property is spot on for those bucks. The pastures have not been cut in the last two years and are ready to be mowed and planted with your favorite crop. The property is gated, and the fields are all low fenced. There is a creek at the southern border of the property that was swarmed with deer sign. The landowner is ok with camping on the property during hunting season and the use of ATV's are allowed for access to stands and game retrieval.

There is no hunting within 100 yards of the home on the North end of the property!!!!
