This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This smaller lease of 40-ac in Haywood County Tennessee should be a good hunt for you. Now, listen carefully, we have an easement through the neighboring property, and it is paramount you be respectful to both the neighbor, farmer, and the hunters leasing that tract. Print and carry the picture of the easement line I've created and followed it to a tee. You see the path from the road I created the day of the inspection and where you will enter the timber at the north end. There is a BCL sign on the property line where you enter. The property was torn up with deer tracks from one end to the other, so they are here. Bumped a couple of deer here as well. There are a creek and some lowlands, but I had no difficulty finding a place to cross on foot. Thick, thin, and everything in between, it's here. May have a few ducks coming in this winter on the slough as you are very close to the Hatchie River. Crops all around you. Saw soybeans on your neighbor's FYI. Nice spot in a County we are not currently in, so we just had to pick this one up for you.
