This hunting lease is leased and not available. 40 acre deer and turkey hunting lease in Polk County. Landowner purchased this property last year from Whitetail Properties but does not hunt. He told me when I first talked to him that deer were plentiful on the property. That certainly seemed to be the case during my inspection. Nice trails to get in and out of your stands and diverse vegetation and trees should make for a really great hunting lease. I really enjoyed my time with the landowner and am sure you will too.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease. Landowner is open to allowing camping on a limited basis like weekends only, but you will need his permission for this. His preference was not to have a camper parked on his property all fall long. Food plots are okay with his permission as to where and what. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is okay. He would like to meet initially and then get a text from you before you come out to the property each time.

Landowner does gather maple sap in the spring and do general maint on property
