This hunting lease is leased and not available. This lease is two separate tracts, both being quarter sections of irrigated crops located 4.5 miles apart. The SE quarter features CRP in the corners, as well as a shelterbelt in the NW corner. The water hole on the north side of the property is a very popular spot according to all of the tracks around it, and the fresh buck rub in the tree along the road.

The NW quarter features alfalfa in the corners. There are some nice trails leading to and from the heavier cover on the neighbors. While I was visiting the property, a mature looking buck hopped the fence from the neighbors, walked across the alfalfa in front on me, and disappeared into the standing corn.

The big round bales should make good hiding spots and will also make it easier to conceal a ground blind. The owner is even willing to strategically move a few bales for you to use.

Cattle may be on the properties part of the year.
