This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a great sleeper spot in Champaign County close to Mechanicsburg and only 15 minutes from Marysville, which has all your food and lodging. This property sets off the road and hunts bigger than you would think. The farm is cut up into four separate crop fields by big thick fence rows. The fence rows consist of a few nice oaks, some hardwoods and locust trees. There are plenty of good stand trees. The property is rolling ground and you cannot be seen from the road. There are five small patches of cover on the property for those big bucks to hide in. This property should be a great producer during the rut and especially during gun season.

Now here are some big pluses!! First, this property sits next to an overgrown closed-up golf course crawling with deer. Everywhere I looked on this property it was covered in deer tracks. I had about ten deer out feeding in the beans during my late morning inspection. Second, I met the tenant farmer and he told me the neighbor along the whole northwest property line has 200 acres that they do not allow any hunting on. The more I looked at this property the more I liked it. Respectful ATV use for hunting purposes only. There is really no place to camp. If you want something in this area, I would not pass on this one, and I doubt you will let it go once you hunt here.
