This hunting lease is leased and not available. Hard to find a farm in this County...but here you go BCL members! The amount of deer sign on this property was over the top. Tracks everywhere...indicating a healthy population of whitetails. Big buck rubs and scrapes seen as well. The woods had recently been logged so there is a lot of tree tops. I jumped two different groups of does bedded around the tops. Expect this farm to be generating some excellent browse and cover now. The woods is all on the north end and there is a large row crop field for the balance of this lease. Typical Hillsdale county terrain around this farm.

Decent parallel parking on the west side, and a decent pull in spot on the south end as well. Please come see for yourself if the parking will accomodate your needs if your vehicle is not a 4x4.
