This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 350 acre tract is a part of an old stripe mining area in Lee County Virginia. The old mining roads are still in good condition and provide easy access with ATV's. A couple small ponds and mountain streams are here. It also borders the North Powell River on the southern end. A mix of mining locations and mature timber are on this property giving the mountains diversity. I found several oaks that will be good when a mast crop is present. I found a few good trails around the branches and open areas where some green vegetation is currently present. This area is known for having some black bear so it should provide an opportunity for them, if desired. A camper can be setup near the old office which is located near the southern end of the property.

Sunday hunting is allowed.

Camping and ATV use is OK for hunting purposes.
