This hunting lease is leased and not available. This little section of Indiana has really been producing some great deer in the past 5 years. We have multiple leases within 5 miles of here and they are really having some great success. This lease has great cover, daytime browse, water and big Ag fields adjoining this woodlot to the West and North. I jumped 2 different groups of does bedding here the day of inspection and saw turkey as well. The majority of property is old coal and strip ground and is fairly hilly but the landowner has created a nice trail system throughout making access and stand site selection fairly easy. It is very apparent where the deer are traveling these hillsides and going around some of the larger pits. Great lease and I really look for it to produce.
