This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a Northern KY property conveniently located within a short distance of I-71, Louisville, KY and Cincinnati, OH. The layout of the property consists of open pastures, hardwoods and scattered pockets of cedar thickets. Deer sign was prevalent everywhere I walked, including the open ridgetops, trails within the woods and edges of the fields. I even saw a nice 10-point buck during the inspection. If you are an avid turkey hunter, look no further. I found sign on the tops of the ridges and near the water sources. Several ponds are located on this property offering year-round water. Livestock are present at certain times of the year but are often moved or rotated to nearby farms and tracts. Hunters will be able to spread out from one another, having the option to hunt several different habitat types within the confines of one parcel. Anyone leasing this property should find themselves in the thick of wild game. There is a Farm Manager that lives next to the property that always keeps a watchful eye out for trespassers and will be more than happy to show hunters the correct boundaries and how to gain the easiest access. In fact, you will need to park at the main facility (not part of huntable tract) that is adjacent to the property before riding or walking to where you will hunt.
