Really solid looking farm and in prime big buck country! Landowner is a full time farmer and lives on the property. The fields will be a combination of hay and row crops in most years. The landowner will pasture some cows with temporary electric fence. The woods is having a large scale timber harvest, that will be finishing up by the Spring of 2020. The dead Ash tree removal was the main purpose of doing a harvest. The southeast corner of this farm borders the Little Racoon Nature Conservacy.
In the pictures there are no more trees coming out so the woods will be what you see and what you see for your own inspection. Still, you will have plenty of hard mast trees left over and big trees to hang your stands.
There are a lot of tree tops, allowing more sunlight coming in will provide some great cover in years to come.
Landowner to the West does have access along the north side of this property, using only the lane that leads to their farm. This is used for hunting and farming access by them so you must be aware of this activity.
