Up until he bought the 260 acres it was landlocked, and nobody hunted the property. Thus, making it a honey hole for the wildlife to hunker down and feel safe. The landowner has cleared a 1.5-acre food plot area and plans on planting a food plot, weather permitting. If the landowner does not get the food plot planted, you should get aggressive yourselves and plant the field cleared in the woods. Day of inspection I saw a good size flock of turkeys and the deer sign was very much above average...In the last two years this property has produced significantly for anyone that hunted (See picture reel).
