This hunting lease is leased and not available. Seldom do you come across a property with this much deer sign. And it is not a question of quality or quantity, because this farm has both!

This lease is two separate tracts; however, most of your hunting activities will be concentrated in SW tract. The back corner is ideal deer habitat, consisting of several great cedar patches, thick brushy areas, some small open grassy areas and a meandering creek and small hidden pond towards the north end. There are plenty of excellent trees (a couple of them are oaks) that would be great for stands overlooking the hidden fields.

The NE tract is a short two-mile drive from the SW tract. It is mostly crops but has a small woodlot on the south edge that connects to the bigger woods and mined ground to the south. The Marais Des Cygnes National Wildlife Refuge is across the road to the east.

The SW tract is less than one mile from the Pleasanton exit off Hwy 69.
