This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here's a great farm in a great neighborhood. While viewing this property it felt a lot bigger than 70 acres. Most of the farm sits off the road and out of site. The care this landowner takes for the property is obvious. The trail network around and through the entire property is as good as they get. Entrance to the trail network sits behind a closed gate. The landowner recently put in a large dyke/pond on the upper side near the farm ground. The wildlife should be using this regularly. The southern side of this property has a nice little Ag field on it. The timber on the property is very thick. It's an awesome mix of hardwood, cedars, and big pines.

There are wooded fence lines and draws connecting to this property on all sides. This farm is like the hub on a wagon wheel for all the deer travel in the area. I can't imagine the rut activity on this farm with the bucks cruising.

Everywhere I looked on this property I found great buck rubs; some of them were huge. Turkey hunting in the spring should be top notch. There are about a dozen cows on this farm spring-September.
