Grayson County Kentucky is the covered up with wildlife, and from the amount of sign across the entire property, it will be happening here. Look no further if you're looking for that Kentucky buck you've been hoping to tag. You'll see from the photos the longbeards are here as well as a big strutter was hard at it when I arrived. A phenomenal amount of deer traffic is happening here guys. There are trails in all directions, droppings everywhere, tracks, rubs; you name it. Check out the photo of a giant taken by a 15-year-old from the property in the past. You will have full use of the event barn during the modern gun season. All trash must be cleaned up and please leave it the way you found it. You can bring an RV, or cots to sleep inside with full use of kitchen, restroom with a shower during this week. The fields are some grasses and the rest will be row cropped. We have a run on some extremely great properties this year and this one ranks at the top of the list so don't miss it.
A select timber harvest will occur at some point during the 2025 season. The logger will work around hunting the best he can and won't be in there all season long. There is not a ton of timber to cut here so they should be in and out pretty quickly. Landowner is requiring that 24 deer be harvested off of this property. The crop damage is horrible. He can get depredation permits for you to come in during the summer before season and use these up or you can do it during the season. If the quota of 24 is not met, he will fill it. More hunters can be added if needed for you to get this done.
