Nice southern Michigan farm in a high deer density area. This farm is flat and open with a tree line and a woods on the north end. Some of the cover has been removed which I indicated on the aerial map in Green outline.

Decent parking by along the road. Just a great area of Michigan to be outdoors... with inland lakes and excellent wildlife habitat.
This landowner will get summer deer kill permits to control the high population of deer. These are anterless permits and obtained through the Michigan DNR. This is for the Summer and before regular season. You will be only hunters allowed during hunting season.
The landowner has some specific guidelines you need to follow. See below.
ATV okay for hunting related purposes only.
-Access property only through designated entry points indicated on aerial map if indicated
-Vehicles are only allowed on existing field lane if the farm has one and do not hinder any farm operations
-While crops are in the ground hunter must contact FARM MANAGER to get permission to access property and learn the re-entry times after crops get sprayed or are scheduled to be sprayed
-If limbs or trees are becoming hazards to irrigation equipment of landowner, landowner will trim or remove trees as needed
-Landowner will maintain the rights to use summer anterless permits with number set by DNR. Basecamp hunters can also get some permits from landowner but will share with landowner.
