This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Sometimes we come across a property set up for hunting, and this Wayne County, Tennessee hunting tract has it going on. It's 471 acres that have been clear cut but big trees on the property, along with several box blinds across the valley for you to hunt from. I would food plot the area along the electric service line that runs through the property to pull them in. this has been done in the past, and you have the green light to make it like you want it—plenty of water flowing here. A lovely area near the entrance would make a great campsite. So if you're looking for peace entirely, and a place to bag a few, this is for you. Saw both deer and turkey during my inspection.
**Mandatory removal or relaxing of tree stand straps annually to prevent tree damage**
**Perfect time to create your trails across the property before it thickens up**
**The area in the SW section is already a sanctuary for the deer**
**Cemetery on the property FYI**
**ATV/UTV used responsibly is OK for hunting purposes only**
**Five or more box blinds waiting for you here**
**Stands may be on the property; use at own risk**
**Food plots OK**
**Last lessee worked the lease for a premium experience**
