This hunting lease is leased and not available.
Big Southern Michigan lease with a heavy deer population and most all other game. Deer, Turkey and Waterfowl hunting will be excellent here. This is rolling tillable ground with little sections of timber. I have found this exact area of the State to hold a heavy concentration of whitetails. Please understand that the entire area here gets hunted and you will have neighbor pressure... but this farm is big so you can prepare a great game plan. There are north and south sections as you see in the aerial. I expect both to be equal in quality.
The north section has a standing agreement with the neighbor that he can have walking access to his farm. This agreement will remain in force. I highly suggest you inspect this farm to get an understanding of how it lays out and the opportunities it will present. You must park only at the 6 areas marked on aerial map in hi-vis green.
There are so many deer in this area the landowner gets summer permits to harvest anterless deer. You are welcome to be part of this activity to help control the heavy deer population. Landowner will be willing to share some permits with you.
