Here is a 102-ac farm at the end of a road, and locked 24/7 to keep out the unwanted. Hunted by family only in the past but is now available to you and your crew. The property is well kept by the landowner who lives nearby. The fields are mowed a couple of times per year. Woods around the perimeter funnel deer into your lap. There is an established food plot and, you're welcome to replant or keep it up as you go. I found plenty of trails and a few rubs from last season. There is a pond on the property for your game. Box stands or, ladders should work well here. The landowner will give you a tour once leased. Get it and get prepared for the fall now before it's gone.
