This is a neat northwestern Kansas property. The secluded, wooded creek bottom sits between crops to the north, east and southwest, making this an ideal spot for the wildlife to call home. We jumped a handful of deer in the thick tangle of downed trees on the southern part, but unfortunately, I was not able to get a good count. Good sized buck rubs were also present, and we even found a shed antler. The owner says he sees turkeys here and pheasant can also be found in this area. The creek is dry most of the time, however the owner has spent a pretty good chunk of money installing a solar powered water tank. There are plenty of big cottonwood trees perfect for tree stands.

Cattle will be on this property part of the year.
