This hunting lease is leased and not available. This is a great Northeastern Pennsylvania farm. It has great cover with thick areas of Hemlock for bedding. There are foot plots planted specifically for deer and turkey, and a nice pond for water. I spoke with a neighbor in the area and he advised of seeing nice bucks in the area and specifically on this farm. This area is known for good deer and bear. I bounced numerous deer during my inspection and saw a bear when leaving the farm within half a mile of this property. The deer and turkey sign was easy to find as you can see in the photos. There is great access throughout the whole property with farm trails and older logging roads from years ago. The landowner lives on the property and is a very nice person. ATV use is for hunting purposes only. No camping. No cutting of trees or building of permanent stands. All travel through fields must be done on the edges so the hay is not damaged. A great property like this is hard to find in this area. Campgrounds and rental cabins can be found in the area.
