This mostly upland tract has planted pines and open scrub oak habitat that roll down into an oak laden drain flowing through the property. I was amazed at how many deer were crossing the road into this tract on the dirt road driving in on the day of inspection. Once on the tract I was taken back again when I saw just how defined the trails were on this piece. With plenty of areas to plant, and a nice flat area at the front gate to set up a camp site this tract should provide someone a tremendous base camp. I met the neighbor down the road, and talked to him for a long while as I loaded up my atv to leave. He is a very kind and accommodating man that would help anyone with anything. Great neighbors are simply the icing on the cake on this piece!
