This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here's a nice Pheasant hunting property for lease. The grass on this farm has been in CRP for over 20 years and it's very well established. While walking the property with my dog pheasants were flying every direction. Had it been season I would have bagged my limit in 10 minutes. My dog had a couple awesome points. To the north and south of this property is more CRP connecting to this farm. New birds should continue moving into this property throughout the season.

I jumped two deer on the property and they both looked like bucks beginning to grow antlers. There should be some decent deer hunting opportunity on this piece. The north end of the shelterbelts around the owners home should be a good deer spot. He said deer hunting the shelterbelt is fine as long as you only use Bow. A box blind a few feet up off the ground out in the CRP would be a great shotgun spot.
