This hunting lease is leased and not available. This lease of 127 acres in Midland County, MI consists of a woodlot far off the road surrounded by crop fields. There is a drainage ditch on the East property line that makes for great access to sneak into the woods and hunt. There was plenty of deer sign found when I walked this property, there were tracks everywhere in the freshly planted crop fields and I also found a couple of nice buck rubs. The woodlot is a good mix of thicker areas and some more mature trees to potentially hang stands in. This is also a good area for turkey and small game hunting as this lease is open to all hunting seasons. Please note it is likely the tree line on the South end of the property will be removed for farming purposes. No camping is allowed on the property, light ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes only being very mindful of the row crops.
