It sits a couple of hundred yards from Peabody WMA, known for giant whitetails year in and out. The lease had a timber harvest in the recent past that was nicely done I should say, in comparison to many I see. Plenty of nice timber here guys. I jumped a nice velvet buck while on the farm bedded on the west side of the property. Tracks, trails, and beds all over the farm. Daniels Branch runs throughout the property and there is a large pond the beavers have created. Easily hunts the hunter numbers we have allowed.
