Day of inspection I was pleasantly surprised of all the good looking cover and timber on this property. There is a river running on the NE and SE parts of the property, along with a tower blind on the NE corner of the property looking over big bottom backing up to the river (use at your own risk). From what I saw day of inspection, I'm sure this this property will produce something nice. Tons of cover for whatever you are hunting to hide out in. Deer, turkey, hogs and dove, should be abundant here on this lease. Fields will be planted weather permitting and landowner says he will help with food plots if you're interested.

Camping allowed pending weather conditions, but land owner says hunters can camp around main head quarters if needed, where there is shower and running water. There could be cattle on and off property.
This 478 acres is part of the 2700 acres that the land owner is offering for lease in this area. There are more properties available very close to this one if more land is needed.
