This hunting lease is leased and not available. Not sure what to say about this property, except this is an excellent hunting spot with only one entrance into it. Really, really good cover, lots of trees and a nice running creek that runs through the lease. While inspecting this property I saw lots of wildlife. I saw several doe mama's with baby's bedded down in the bottom. Really nice bottom once you drive into the property it opens up to the right. There might be a chance that there is a tower blind that goes with this property. This property will make a couple of hunters a great place to hunt. adult/child or couple of adults. This will be an exceptional place to hunt. There is 80 acres in the back of the property along with 40 acres on your left as you're driving in. Land owner says weather permitting he will be planting the open area of the 40 acres in wheat.

Land owner will also help with additional food plots. Camping allowed pending on weather conditions. But land owner says hunters can camp around main headquarters if needed. There is running water and showers there also. Four wheelers are ok to use on property. There could be cattle on and off the properties.

This 120 acres is part of the 2700 acres that the land owner is offering for lease in this area. There are more properties available very close to this one if more land is needed.
