This hunting lease is leased and not available. Grant county over the years doing this for Base Camp has become one of my favorite counties in the state for chasing mature whitetails. This properties aerial might also be one that fooled me the most of any I have walked and has more stand locations than one may think when only taking that into consideration. Spring feed stream runs through the center of the timbered valley with mature hardwoods and plenty of browse and bedding around it. On the southwestern side there is also a really nice inside corner with several large oaks for an ambush type stand placement there.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease only thus no upland bird, waterfowl or small game hunting allowed. Camping for hunting related activities is allowed with permission from landowner as to where and when. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is also allowed. Majority of open ground is already in crops or CRP type vegetation, thus no food plots are allowed at this time. Landowner will work with you to make sure adequate no trespassing signs are posted on the property.
