This hunting lease is leased and not available. Secluded 300 acre all legal game hunting lease in Barron County. One thing hunters are always looking for, especially in a larger timbered acreage lease is access. You can check that box on this property as there are miles and miles of roads throughout it along with good road access through the agricultural ground on the property. Getting stands into the property along with game retrieval should be an easy task.

Several smaller lakes and creeks help make up this larger parcel of timbered ground along with some nice ridges and smaller valleys. Best of all, the amount of deer sign was quite impressive as hopefully the pictures in the listing help to show.

This is an all legal game hunting lease. Camping for hunting related activities is okay if it does not interfere with farming activities. There is a house on the southwestern corner of the property that landowner rents out, so camping needs to not be in the primary area surrounding the home. Respectful use of ATV for hunting related activities is also okay when weather and ground conditions permit. Food plots are okay but cannot be on any ground already being tilled for farming. My guess is upon more scouting you may find small pockets in the timber or do some throw and grow type clovers on the miles of roads in the timber.
