Here we go, guys, finally a Maury County Tennessee Hunting Lease. This is 62-ac of remote hunting between Mt. Pleasant and Pulaski TN. The property lies on both sides of the road, as you can see in the aerial—fourteen acres on the Northside with the remainder on the south. I pushed deer out of several spots across the lease, so they like living here. Abundant trails will be readily noted, including a large pond, and a creek that was running the day of the inspection. Certain areas inside the woods are more open and others much thicker. The fields are a bit overgrown and could use some cleanup, which you have the green light to make it as you want it. Gate gets you through onto the north side. The property was split in the recent past, so you will need to create either a gated opening or a gap to get you in via ATV/UTV or by vehicle. Look for our sign on the south side of the road. I identified that opening to the right of our BCL sign for you to make an entry. I hunted this county personally for more than 25 years, and it rocks for both deer and turkey. Saw lots of oaks and other hardwoods on the lease. There have been some real bruisers taken from the county through the years. Fill your buck tag or freezer right here!
