This hunting lease is leased and not available. Nice farm near Clayton. Just 1 1/2 hour drive from either Lansing or Detroit. Two sections of woods with the west section being more diverse. There is a CRP field on the west side offering great bedding. Row crops and a a watering hole round out this good hunting property. Sign was easy to locate especially along the row crops next to the timber. The access is not the best but you do have access. I parked on the Northeast side of the farm and walked along the edge of the tree line and row crop. The landowner use to let a hunter access his farm and he told me the neighboring business might let you park your vehicle there because they allowed it before. You must gain this permission on your own. Otherwise park at the Northeast corner if the crops are in.
