This hunting lease is leased and not available.
If you are looking for a farm that is made up of pinch-points and funnels, you have just found it. This farm sets up nicely for the archery hunter, as the aerial photo gives you a ton of information. There have been mature whitetails harvested from this farm throughout the years. The landowner stated there was a 160" deer harvested from this tract. I just do not remember if it was last year or the year before. Nonetheless, the potential is there, and I saw that during my inspection of the property. During this time of year it is very difficult to show deer trails, as we have not had a lot of rain, but once you're on this farm, this property is littered with trails throughout, especially leading from the timber to the row crops. Sections of this farm are completely secluded including those pockets on the west side of the farm, as the aerial will show.
The 40 acres section that is carved out on the east side of the property, showing the buildings, is owned by this landowner, so you will also have east access. This is where his barn and grain bins are. I believe this farm has a ton of potential and can produce some nice bucks.
**The specs of timber you see in this aerial photo with the orange lines through, have been removed, and are no longer there. Google maps have not updated to show this.**
