This is one of those farms where the aerial photo speaks tells you quite a bit before you even step foot on the property, especially where to set a stand. There is quite a bit of cover on this farm and the deer are using it to travel from one timber lot to the next. I jumped up several deer and was able to get a picture of a couple of deer feeding in the row crops. There are plenty of oak trees and some of the acorns were already dropping. So, with the acorns and the row crops combined, there is plenty of feed. The way the farm lays out, you will be able to see in the aerial photo, there are several secluded pockets, where the deer feel comfortable coming out to feed during the daylight hours, as the deer picture attests. This is a nice farm with a bunch of potential, and I would not hesitate to hunt it.
