With this property having bigger timber bordering most of the farm, not only are the deer traveling through, they are coming to feed. As you can see by the harvest picture, this tract has a ton of potential to harvest a mature Illinois whitetail. The stream on the north side of the farm naturally creates a couple of nice funnel areas and they are not difficult to find when you are looking at the aerial photo. The other important thing this property offers is water. When you go and look at this farm, it will feel as though you are entering two different properties. The north and south side look entirely different, from the timber to the underbrush and it will even hunt differently. I really liked this property while I was inspecting it.
